E-SHOP Executive

Reporting to: General Manager
Date: December 2018



Reporting directly to the General Manager, the E-Shop Executive is responsible for operations across all of the Company’s ecommerce platforms. The ideal candidate should be meticulous, proactive and flexible with great communication skills, able to engage cross-functional teams within the organization.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Uploading of products for new launches; maintaining accurate inventory
  • Implementing launches across the Company’s ecommerce platforms
  • Managing customer orders, exchanges/returns and enquiries
  • Liaising with our courier partners on delivery/fulfilment issues
  • Liaising with our warehouse team regarding inventory matters
  • Working cross functionally with the Merchandising department to facilitate stock movement between the B&M Store and our online platforms
  • Timely reporting of Daily, 10-day, and monthly sales to International Management
  • Briefing-in & updating of creative assets e.g. packshots, splashes, banners
  • Implementing & managing promotions across e-commerce platforms (e.g. promo codes, free shipping, category or brand discounts)
  • Arranging for E-Shop product photography
  • Ad-hoc duties to support other business units when required (e.g. in-store events, warehouse stock duties




  • Good inter-personal and communication skills engaging different functions within organization
  • Customer-oriented with good organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and drive results


  • Proven experience using CMS Systems such as Magento or Shopify
  • Technical savvy, with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with HTML and Photoshop/Illustrator would be an added advantage
  • At least 3 years’ experience in E-Commerce
  • Competent excel skills
  • Experience in customer services management tools
